Delivery Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation from us, followed by a tracking email from the courier. You can also add your phone number at checkout to receive tracking updates by SMS.

UK Standard Delivery 2–3 working days
Sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48.

UK Next Day Delivery
Sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders must be placed before 4pm Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Europe Standard Delivery 3-5 working days
Sent with FedEx.

USA & Canada Express Delivery 3–5 working days
Sent with UPS or FedEx.

UAE, Saudi Arabia & Qatar Express Delivery — 5–6 working days
Sent with FedEx.

International Standard Delivery — 7–14 working days
For all other countries, orders are sent with FedEx.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, Ru & Rocka is not liable for lost, stolen or missing parcels. If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven’t received your order, please contact the courier directly first. We’ll always do our best to help where we can.
