Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return an item.

Return Shipping

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are unable to offer free returns at this time.

  • Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.

We strongly recommend that all returns are:

  • Packaged securely to prevent damage

  • Sent using a tracked service

Please retain proof of postage, as we may request this if there are any issues with your return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • In their original condition

  • Unworn and unwashed

Please note:

Returns may be refused if items show signs of wear or marks, including make-up, deodorant, or other stains. Please take extra care when trying on your items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm its arrival and whether your return has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days

  • Please allow 5–14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
