Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return.

 

We’ve made returns simple and paperless. To initiate your return, please use our online portal here.

 

Return Postage

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are currently unable to offer free returns. Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged, as items are your responsibility until they reach us. 

We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a tracked service. We may request this if your parcel does not arrive.

 

Exchanges

 

We currently offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to stock availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange either a refund or a store credit. Exchanges can be requested through our returns portal, where you can select a different size or opt for store credit.

Kindly note, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders at this time.

 

Items Eligible for Return

To be accepted, items must meet the following conditions:

 

  • In original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from makeup, marks, or any signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.

Please note that all swimwear items are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Any swimwear returned to us will be rejected by our returns team and sent back to the sender.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming its arrival and the outcome of your return request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account.
