Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In these cases, the order will need to be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy once it is delivered.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Changes to Orders

We are unable to guarantee changes to orders (such as size, colour, or shipping address) once they have been placed. Please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
